Morning:

Early Departure from Moshi
Kick off your adventure with an early morning departure from Moshi, heading toward the serene Kikuletwa Hot Springs. You’ll travel comfortably by car or minibus, provided by your tour operator.

Scenic Tanzanian Drive
As you journey through the heart of the Tanzanian countryside, take in the breathtaking views of traditional villages, expansive farmland, and semi-arid landscapes. The drive itself offers a glimpse into the rhythm of rural life in Tanzania, with plenty of photo opportunities along the way.

Midday:

Arrival at Kikuletwa Hot Springs
Arriving at the springs, you'll be greeted by the striking sight of turquoise-blue waters nestled in a lush oasis of palm trees. The calm and clear waters, fringed by vibrant greenery, create the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature.

Swimming and Relaxation
Take a dip in the naturally heated waters, perfect for a refreshing swim. Whether you prefer to lounge in the shallow sections or explore the deeper pools, the soothing warmth of the water will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Afternoon:

Picnic Lunch Amidst Nature
Pause for a delightful picnic lunch near the hot springs. Settle under the shade of a palm tree or spread out on the soft grass by the water’s edge. Your lunch can be either packed from Moshi or provided by your tour operator—allowing you to enjoy a peaceful meal surrounded by the serene sounds of nature.

Explore and Unwind
After lunch, feel free to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. Wander along the shaded paths, soak up the stunning views, or simply relax by the water as you take in the tranquility of this hidden gem.

Late Afternoon/Evening:

Return Journey to Moshi
As the afternoon sun begins to fade, it's time to head back to Moshi. The return drive provides a final chance to savor the picturesque countryside as you reflect on your serene day by the hot springs.

Arrival in Moshi
You’ll arrive back in Moshi in the late afternoon or early evening, feeling refreshed and relaxed after your day of exploring the Kikuletwa Hot Springs.

Payment Terms​

Deposit Payment

• Deposit is 20% of the total booking amount.

• Deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer or an online card payment.

• A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges), this is non-refundable.

• We offer bank accounts in 10 different currencies for bank transfer.

• Once you make the advance payment you will receive a booking confirmation.

Balance Payment

• Balance can be paid via bank transfer, online card payment, or with cash.

• Bank payment can be done 15 days prior to the tour date (recommended 30 days prior).

• Card Payment can be done 1 day prior to the tour date (recommended 7 days prior).

• A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charge), this is non-refundable.

• Cash can be paid on arrival (USD printed in or after the year 2009).

Cancellation Policy​

8 days and above departure

• No cancellation fees.

​

0 to 7 days before departure

• 50% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees.

• Trek can be postponed to any new date without any extra cost at any point in time.

• The 5% surcharge paid for either or both advance and balance payments is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the trek.

Supplements

• Solo Supplement = USD 30
  Charged for solo trekkers throughout the year.

• Off-season supplement = USD 90
  Charged for solo trekkers looking to start a new departure in March, April, May, and November. Does not apply if you join an existing group. Does not apply if other trekkers also join your new group.
