6 - Days "Uganda Gorilla" Safari Tour.

Safari Overview

Uganda, a landlocked country in East Africa, is home to a diverse landscape of snow-capped mountains, immense lakes, and lush forests. Its abundant wildlife includes chimpanzees, rare birds, and even mountain gorillas.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to one of the largest populations of mountain gorillas in the world. Visitors can go on gorilla trekking expeditions to see these amazing creatures in their natural habitat.

Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Pick up from a hotel in Entebbe.

Drive to Kibale forest national park – the home of primate chimpanzees.
8:00 am After a healthy breakfast, you will be transferred to Kibale Forest National Park, the capital world of primates. Such as chimpanzees, baboons, and monkeys, with en-route lunch meals. Upon arrival, you will check-in at your lodge for dinner and peaceful overnight.

Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking and afternoon transfer Queen Elizabeth.

The park’s site guide will take you through this adventurous experience where you may be blessed with enormous encounters with various forest primates like the L’hoest, black-faced colobus monkeys, baboons, and other forest species. Later drive to queen Elizabeth park, Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge.

Day 3: Morning game drive – afternoon boat cruise

Early in the morning set off for the morning game drive in the Northern crater area where there are a lot of dark holes called the black craters with no water. You may be able to see a lot of animal species such as Elephants, lions, buffaloes, Leopards, monkeys such as the black and white colobus, vervet, plates, red-tailed, and blue monkeys. Other animals that can be seen are the bush pigs and the warthogs, antelopes. This side of the park provides a good view of numerous craters. The activity takes 3-4 hours.
Return for lunch at the lodge and in the afternoon go Later after lunch, you will embark on a boat cruise on the Kaziga channel. This is very rewarding with the aquatic animals like crocodiles, hippos, and many bird species like black bee carmine bee eaters and black bee eaters, Lesser Swamp-Warbler, Striated Heron among others. This takes 2-3 hours. Dinner and overnight at the booked lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National park.

You will set off and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park. This forest is home to the magnificent giant mountain gorillas and a variety of other forest primates including the blue monkey as well as a wealth of birdlife.
Along the journey, you will have a chance to visit the Ishasha sector, commonly known for tree-climbing lions. Dinner and peaceful overnight in Bwindi NP.

Day 5: Gorilla tracking in Uganda – lifetime memorable experience.

After morning breakfast, you will get ready, along with your packed lunches to embark on the lifetime memorable experience in this magnificent forest for gorilla tracking. The trail you use may reward you with exciting moments of the giant mountain gorillas in Bwindi this will be a reward for the ultimate gorilla experience’ as well as other primates that inhabit the forest. This may take you about 4-5 hrs in the jungle. You will return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 6: Return back to Kampala city / Entebbe airport

After breakfast, we will make our scenic journey through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with the terraced landscape, an area referred to as the “Switzerland of Africa”. Observe the systematic cultivation of the Bakiga along the mountain slopes and enjoy the experience of what has been referred to as the Switzerland of Africa because of its cool nature. We will continue to Kampala reaching the capital late afternoon/evening. Dinner and overnight in Kampala. your driver guide will drive you to your Hotel in Kampala or to Entebbe airport for departure.
And proceed to Kampala reaching the capital in late afternoon drop off at the hotel address / Entebbe airport for your departure.

  • Deposit is 20% of the total booking amount.

  • Deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer or an online card payment.

  • A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges), this is non-refundable.

  • We offer bank accounts in 10 different currencies for bank transfer.

  • Once you make the advance payment you will receive a booking confirmation.

Balance Payment
  • Balance can be paid via bank transfer, online card payment, or with cash.

  • Bank payment can be done 15 days prior to the tour date (recommended 30 days prior).

  • Card Payment can be done 1 day prior to the tour date (recommended 7 days prior).

  • A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charge), this is non-refundable.

  • Cash can be paid on arrival (USD printed in or after the year 2009).
